According to the results of the first half of 2023, Voyah brand electric cars were recognized as the most reliable in China. The corresponding study was conducted by the “Chinese Car Quality Network”. This is the first official platform for monitoring appeals and complaints about the quality of cars in China.
In total, 34 car brands participated in the study, in the model line of which there are electric cars. As a result, only 23 companies were able to score points above the average corresponding to the quality and reliability of their products, 11 firms were among the outsiders of the rating.
Experts evaluated electric cars according to five different criteria. Among them: the number of complaints and complaints about malfunctions recorded during operation, the quality of assembly and reliability of components, aggregates and integrated equipment, the level of safety, as well as the degree of risk of defects during daily use and timely maintenance.

Smart took the top three in the reliability rating. This is followed by Aion and Hycan.
