The Chinese company Omoda has started Russian sales of the S5 GT sports sedan. According to the press service of the brand, the novelty is available for purchase in two trim levels Neo and Ultra. Car prices start from 2,839.900 rubles. Taking into account all discounts (for example, when applying for a loan or putting an old car in a trade-in), the minimum cost of the car will decrease to 2 539 900 rubles.
Externally, the Omoda S5 GT can be distinguished from the standard S5 by a completely new front part. The car has different headlights, radiator grille and bumper. In addition, it has other wheels with bright orange brake calipers, an exhaust system with four nozzles, and there is a red stitching in the cabin. The coefficient of aerodynamic drag is 0.29.
The sports sedan is equipped with a 1.6-liter turbo engine with a capacity of 150 hp. The engine works in conjunction with a seven-speed “robot”. The standard S5 is equipped with a 1.5-liter engine in atmospheric and turbocharged versions. The power is 113 and 147 hp, respectively.

In the basic version of the Neo, the novelty received LED optics, 17-inch alloy wheels and side rear-view mirrors with integrated turn indicators. The car was equipped with front and rear parking sensors, rain sensors, lighting, tire pressure and temperature, as well as a rear-view camera. Among the useful options: cruise control, dual-zone climate control, central locking, as well as the function of keyless entry into the cabin and starting the engine with a key. A digital dashboard and a 10.25-inch multimedia system display are installed in the interior of the car.
The Ultra version additionally received a set of all-round cameras, a system for monitoring objects in blind spots, a warning function for leaving the lane and keeping the car within the markings, as well as adaptive cruise control.
