Audi has started road tests of the new generation Q3 crossover. Spy photos of the car from the tests were posted by the Motor1 edition. According to them, the premiere of the car will take place next year. Moreover, the new generation of compact crossover will be the last generation of the model to be offered with an internal combustion engine. Production of the model will be set up at a factory in Hungary. The main competitor of the new product will be the BMW X1.
Judging by the spy shots, the car will receive a wide Singleframe radiator grille, narrow headlights, a raised hood and taillights connected by an LED strip. Judging by the presence of a special charging port on the car, the photos show a hybrid modification of the Q3 of the third generation. In general, the design of the novelty resembles the electric models of the German brand, in particular the “green” crossover Q4 E-Tron.
According to unofficial data, the new Audi Q3 will be built on the MQB Evo platform. Most likely, the model of the novelty will increase in overall dimensions compared to the crossover of the current generation. All other details about the car are still kept secret.

At the moment, Audi has suspended its activities in Russia. However, some dealers still have unsold some models of the German brand (although most often only in top-end trim levels).
