Avtotor has started production of Chinese electric trucks Brock

“Avtotor” at the plant in Kaliningrad began production of electric trucks in partnership with the Chinese Foton. In our market, these cars will be sold under the new Brock brand. All models will be offered with electric power plants. According to the press service of “Avtotor”, the plant spent more than 130 million rubles on the organization and launch of a new assembly line.
At the moment, the company has started production of two truck models at once. So, the Brock 75 comes off the assembly line of the plant with a gross weight of up to 7.5 tons. The car is driven by a 156-horsepower electric motor. The range of the new product is 300 km. You can replenish the battery stock using the fast charging function in two hours.
Also, customers will be offered a 16-ton Brock 160, which is equipped with a 218-horsepower electric motor. On a single charge, such a truck can also travel 300 km.
“Commercial vehicles are prepared to be equipped with a wide range of universal and special add-ons, including flatbed platforms, vans for various purposes, refrigerators, hydraulic lifts, garbage trucks and tow trucks,” the company added.
At the moment, Avtotor is producing a number of Chinese brands of cars at the Kaliningrad plant. So, since January 2023, Kaiyi brand cars have been coming off the assembly line of the company. Later, they were joined by cars of the SWM and BAIC brands. In the summer of this year, the company launched the production of trucks and pickups of the Chinese brand JMC.
