In Kabardino-Balkaria, an unconscious driver at night decided to arrange a drift at a pedestrian crossing behind the wheel of a VAZ-2107. — stopping or parking vehicles at a pedestrian crossing and closer than 5 m in front of it (a fine of 1 thousand rubles);

— operation of cars with the content of pollutants in emissions or the noise level produced by them when exceeds the standards (a warning or a fine of 500 rubles);

non-payment of an administrative fine on time (a fine of twice the amount of the unpaid administrative fine, but not less than 1 thousand rubles, or administrative arrest for up to 15 days, or mandatory work for a period of up to 50 hours).
